Heaps spoke with NESN.com's Marcus Kwesi O'Mard about the changes in culture and attitude that he's brought to the team. They also discuss New England's preseason preparations, and the team's outlook for the 2012 season in the latest NESN.com soccer podcast.

The Revs are currently chest-deep in their preseason preparations, and Heaps and his staff are hard at work trying to blend new faces into an existing core of players. They look to form a cohesive unit in time for the 2012 season opener on March 10.

Part of the reason Heaps was hired (on Nov. 14) was because he has a clear idea of why the team was struggling, and an even clearer vision of how to correct it. He's spent the last 100-plus days trying to turn that vision into reality.
