Marilyn Fever Never Stops
Meanwhile, Getty Images Gallery is readying an exhibition of Monroe’s dresses in London. On Wednesday, M.A.C. announced that their newest makeup collection would honor Marilyn Monroe. While no stranger to collaboration—the cosmetic brand’s partnered with everyone from Barbie to Daphne Guinness—it does mark the first time they’ve collaborated post-humously (technically, with the star’s estate). The makeup, which launches in October coach bags outlet, will include eyeshadow, liner coach bags outlet, lipstick and nail polish.
All of this, of course, comes on the heels of My Week With Marilyn, the Oscar-nominated flick that landed Michelle Williams an Oscar nomination and Eddie Redmayne a Burberry campaign. If Williams wins this weekend coach bags outlet, we can only imagine the Monroe-related events—and products—that will emerge in 2012.
